Among today's most important marketing tasks are the acquisition and long-term retention of the users of internet services. Online feedback systems are effective tools for increasing the interactivity and attractiveness of your company's website.

The online questionnaire is based on an empirically generated customer typology. The questionnaire contains those questions that have proved particularly selective in the development of the customer segments. Following the interview, a corresponding customer type is automatically calculated and the user gets a feedback text.
